A scenic journey through the colors and scents of Tuscany. The itineraries designed by our experts will lead you to discover the famous Tyrrhenian coast of Versilia, we will put you to the test on the ups and downs of the Montefalcone nature reserve, and they will follow little-known and traffic-free roads for a “pedaling” of active psycho-physical recovery.

Day 1

Arrival at the hotel, check-in from 2.00 pm, possibility to leave luggage and bicycles in storage, 07.00pm welcome drink and briefing for the explanation of the tour and the services offered.

Day 2: 130 km – 1150m

Route Montecatini / Lucca / Versilia: From Montecatini we will head towards Lucca and climb to Balbano, then descend to Massarosa towards Lido di Camaiore. We will ride along the seafront to stop at Forte dei Marmi for refreshment. We will continue on our way back up the Montemagno and descend from San Martino in Freddana towards Marlia, Capannori, Chiesina Uzzanese and Montecatini Terme.

Day 3: 60 km – 290m

Active recovery route: From Montecatini we will head towards the countryside to reach the bike path in the municipality of Ponte Buggianese. Continuing we will cross the famous vivi, the wood of Le Querce up to Galleno on the top and a slight hill. We will descend and ascend towards Staffoli to cover the slight slope of the so-called “limina, flanking the natural reserve of Montefalcone. Between slight ups and downs we will pass Le Vedute and Le Pinete surrounded only by trees and a few houses. From here we make the reverse path from Querce and we will return to the base. Relaxing afternoon in the outdoor pool or 75-minute relaxing indoor massage at our Thay Silk Spa.


An itinerant week to discover the beauties of the Valdinievole and its surroundings, through flat, hilly and mountainous routes, suitable for every level of athletic preparation, we will lead you to the heart of the real and less known Tuscany.

Day 1

Arrival at the hotel, check in from 2.00 pm, possibility to leave luggage and bicycles in storage, 19.00 welcome drink and briefing for the explanation of the tour and the services offered.

Day 2: km 63 – 880m

Ecological hill path: from Montecatini we will head towards Ponte Buggianese and then in the locality of Anchione, in the direction of Massarella, crossing the Padule di Fucecchio. We will leave the Padule natural park and climb the Cerreto Guidi hill, to admire the expanses of vineyards from which the Montalbano Chianti wine originates. We will then descend the hill to the east, reaching Vinci, the birthplace of “Leonardo” for a coffee break. I’m going back to the hotel.

Day 3: km 71 – 1150m

Svizzera Pesciatina: This medium difficulty route will take us to Switzerland Pesciatina or Valleriana. Starting from Montecatini Terme you cross a first stretch of plain up to Pescia. Once you reach Pietrabuona, you begin the climb to the villages through curves, hairpin bends, small flat sections and gentle descents. Surrounded by chestnut woods, we cross Aramo, San Quirico, Pontito, Stiappa and Macchie Antonini at 1000 meters. The route ends with a 25 km descent which leads directly to the Maltese Cross.

Day 4

Free day for cultural excursions and relaxation at the Thai Silk Spa. (Admission to be booked upon arrival)

Day 5: Km 60 – 1400m

Femminamorta: For well-trained cyclists who are not afraid of climbs! The course is challenging but at the same time extremely suggestive for the views and landscapes we are going to cross. After leaving Montecatini, we will reach Collodi and climb Mount Trebbio from which we will descend towards Bagni di Lucca towards Lima, a crossroads between roads that lead to the Abetone or to our destination which will be the climb to Prataccio and Prunetta. Among luxuriant woods of chestnut trees, oaks and firs you reach Femminamorta (about 860 m asl) and continuing towards Goraiolo, we will descend towards Marliana and then return to Montecatini Terme.

Day 6: Km 50 – 500m

Montecarlo, Gragnano, San Gennaro, Collodi: pedaling through the hills and medieval villages of Lucca, we will tackle light climbs with a view of olive groves and vineyards. Stop in Collodi, the town of Pinocchio. The day will end with a 75-minute de-contracting massage at our Thay Silk Spa.
